Ana Frlan Bajer is a psychologist and integrative psychotherapist who joined the SELECTIO Group more than 15 years ago as a recruitment and selection lead. A few years later, Ana moved to the IKEA company, where she conducted recruitment processes for more than 300 employees for the first IKEA department store in Zagreb and, as an internal trainer, carried out employee onboarding. After international experience in Singapore, Ana returned to the SELECTIO Group, where she began the development of numerous workshops in the field of leadership. In the last 5 years, Ana conducted more than 100 educations in the areas of communication skills, teamwork, time and goal management, professional stress and motivation. Now, as a certifier within the Employer Partner project, HR consultant and trainer, she helps organizations across the region in developing high-quality HR processes.
