Employee Experience does not happen by chance. It is the result of how an organization communicates, makes decisions, and acts toward its employees on a daily basis. Research shows that these experiences have a direct impact on engagement, productivity, and talent retention. According to Gallup, only 23% of employees globally are engaged (and just 7% in Croatia), while organizations that consciously manage the employee experience report lower turnover and higher profitability. Deloitte also highlights that most organizations still develop Employee Experience only partially, through isolated HR initiatives, rather than through a systematically designed Employee Journey.
The Employee Journey provides exactly that systematic perspective. It involves mapping the key touchpoints employees go through during their “lifecycle” within an organization—from the first contact with a candidate, through onboarding and everyday work, to the moment they leave. These moments, consciously or unconsciously, strongly shape employee engagement, performance, and the decision to stay with the company.
During this workshop, through a practical demo approach, we will show how to:
- map the Employee Journey from the employee’s perspective
- identify the key moments that matter that have the greatest impact on experience, engagement, and employer branding
- design an Employee Experience aligned with the organization’s values, culture, and identity
- connect the Employee Journey with concrete HR activities and processes
Participants will gain a clear, practical framework and real-life examples that they can immediately apply in their HR work, regardless of the size of their organization or the maturity level of their HR function.
