WORKSHOP: Emotions in a business environment – from obstacle to resource

Are emotions in the workplace an ally or an obstacle to effective performance? How does stress influence our capacity to manage emotions and make clear decisions? And what does it truly mean to “manage” emotions in a professional context?

For leaders, HR professionals, and team members, these questions are not theoretical. They arise daily, in challenging conversations, decision-making under pressure, people management, and in maintaining personal effectiveness. Emotional literacy is therefore not a one-time insight, but an operational business skill developed through conscious, everyday micro-habits.

In this workshop, we explore the path from understanding emotions to their practical and intentional application in the workplace. The focus is on building inner stability and clarity, even in high-stress environments.

Key topics include:

understanding and recognizing personal emotional triggers
maintaining clarity and emotional stability under pressure
consciously choosing responses instead of automatic reactions

Through a structured approach, participants create an individual process that integrates three levels of human functioning and helps transform every emotional experience, pleasant or challenging, into an opportunity for personal and professional growth.
