Marijana currently holds the position of Head of Recruitment and Development in Human Resources at Croatian Post, one of the largest employers in Croatia. Her work is focused on developing and implementing recruitment and hiring strategies, enhancing educational programs, applying HR analytics, and providing support for organizational changes with the aim of strengthening organizational efficiency and developing competencies within the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is a psychologist by profession and is currently attending a postgraduate integrative study of human resources. She continuously educates and enhances her skills in the fields of human resource management, organizational development, and the application of analytics in HR processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her greatest professional interest lies in building efficient talent selection and development systems based on analytics, as well as supporting organizational transformation through competency development and HR process optimization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
