Jozef Pl\u0161ko is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and strategic communication. Currently, he serves as the PR & Communications Director at Alma Career, overseeing communication and corporate affairs across Central Europe, the Balkans, and the Baltics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before joining Alma Career, he was the Head of Communication at PSS bank, where he focused on corporate affairs, PR and internal communication, stakeholder management, monitored legislative processes, regulatory changes, and EU-level ecological projects, and managed sustainability topics (ESG). Before the bank position, Jozef worked in several different types of communications roles e.g. Jaguar Land Rover Slovakia, Foxconn Slovakia, D\u00f4vera Health Insurance Company, as a spokesperson and an advisor to the Slovak Parliament and as a consultant in several communications agencies, several times focusing on communication during transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
