In her work, she is focused on vision, planning and finding the right opportunities for developing existing and creating new digital products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Alma Career Croatia, she is currently focused on the topic of employment in the IT industry and finding solutions that will facilitate the employment process for the IT community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During HRdays, she will engage with participants in a workshop titled 'How to Better Employ IT Professionals.'.
