He spent 14 of those years as a professor and head of the Department of Criminology at the Police College in Zagreb and as a visiting professor at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, the University of Rijeka and the Faculty of Medicine in Zagreb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He is the author of several higher education textbooks in the field of interviewing methodology, lie detection and criminal investigation, as well as numerous professional and scientific papers. Through the implementation of several scientific research projects, he created specific approaches in interviewing methodology during the exit interview, selection interview, security interview, insurance anti-fraud interview.\nHe also introduced into corporate practice the application of specialized questionnaires for detecting potential security risks in candidates during the selection process and questionnaires for conducting internal investigations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In recent years, the main focus of his work has been on the practical application of the methodology for detecting lies in business communication.\nHe makes his specific knowledge and experience available to HR experts, internal auditors, managers and security experts as a consultant and lecturer at numerous scientific and professional conferences and meetings, as well as specialist trainings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What can you expect in <em>1 on 1<\/em>?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Are we really aware of the possibilities and reach of the interview as a method for gathering information and how it affects the selection of candidates.
