Tatjana Dali\u0107 graduated from Faculty of political sciences in Zagreb. She is currently employed as Assistant to Minister of Labour and Pension System for labour market and employment. Prior to that, among other engagements, she worked as Special consultant of the mayor of City of Zagreb and as Head of department for strategic development and development of human resources at the Croatian Employment Service, where she was one of the creators and bearers of reorganization and informatization of CES, by the guidance of EU, in the core business functions \u2013 mediation in employment, professional counselling and preparation for employment.
