His main current interest is how businesses use social technologies and social approaches to develop their employees\u2019 connections, relationships and conversations as strategic differentiators. Jon maintains a heavy schedule of speaking at conferences around the world, and he is also chairing Europe\u2019s leading HR conference, HR Tech Europe, in Amsterdam, for the third consecutive year this October. As a consultant, Jon works globally across all sectors helping devise and develop strategic, high impact approaches to people management.
