Odr\u017eao je vi\u0161e stotina radionica za ugledne kompanije i radio kao HR manager. Kao posebnu strast navodi podru\u010dje \u201cSerious Gaminga\u201d i \u201cTraining through Gaming\u201d organizacijskog i osobnog razvoja. S partnerom, Franom Mikuli\u010di\u0107em, pokrenuo je brand Orgcraft kao novo poglavlje i alternativu klasi\u010dnom gamificationu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WHAT TO EXPECT:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svi volimo studije slu\u010dajeva jer nam kroz primjere govore kako se stvarnim ljudima, kroz neku intervenciju, preokrenuo \u010ditav \u017eivot. U predavanju stavljamo naglasak na primjere transformacije \u017eivota, izme\u0111u ostalih, menad\u017eera I zaposlenika ljudskih resursa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FENOMEN \u201cIZIGRAVANJA \u017dRTVE\u201d I FENOMEN STVARNE \u201cSLABOSTI\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gotovo svi se mo\u017eemo oja\u010dati ako vje\u017ebamo i treniramo na\u0161 &#8216;mi\u0161i\u0107 volje&#8217;. Ponavljanjem duboko u sebe usadimo psiholo\u0161ke alate, ba\u0161 onako kao \u0161to su mnogi ljudi do savr\u0161enstva i automatizma doveli svoje sportske vje\u0161tine, vo\u017enju automobilom ili, u negativnom smislu, automatizirali psovke kao odgovor na stres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ipak, pozitivna psihologija ne mo\u017ee dati cjelokupno shva\u0107anje \u010dovjeka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Postoje ljudi koji privla\u010de pozornost i pa\u017enju tako da usvoje mentalitet \u017ertve. Postoje i skriveni heroji dana\u0161njice koji su \u010desto umorni, pospani i hodaju svijetom kao pritisnuti nekim nevidljivim teretom. Nitko ih ne razumije, pa ni oni sami sebe. Stoga \u010desto pose\u017eu za lo\u0161im navikama. To su obi\u010dno neurotici ili ljudi koji imaju jednu biolo\u0161ku crtu li\u010dnosti koja se zove neuroticizam. Ta crta \u010desto je povezana s manjkom molekula serotonina. Da bi dobro poznavali svoje zaposlenike, svoje menad\u017eere i same sebe, trebamo poznavati ljudsku li\u010dnost i njene zakonitosti. Najpoznatiji modeli li\u010dnosti govore o velike tri, velikih pet ili \u010dak velikih 7 crta osobnosti. U svim modelima jedna crta odska\u010de kada govorimo o sklonosti stresu, umoru, pa i nekom vidu slabosti. Ta crta se zove neuroticizam.&nbsp; Mehanizam ima brojne nazive poput: negativna emocionalnost, crta izbjegavanja \u0161tete, sustav inhibicije pona\u0161anja (BIS) i sl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iz tog razloga tijekom predavanja&nbsp;&nbsp;dotaknut \u0107emo se \u0161ire palete psihologijskih alata kojima oblikujemo svoj um. Prikazati \u0107emo kako se to radi kroz gaming i \u201cskills conditioning\u201d.
