She is in charge of leading and developing human resources for central functions, including areas such as finance, marketing, and corporate functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She has more than 15 years of experience in the field of human resource management, with a particular focus on strategic HR partnership, organizational transformation, change management, labor law, and relations with social partners.
