Under the umbrella of Alma Career, she plays a key role in the methodology behind products such as Employer of First Choice, Pulser \u2013 an employee satisfaction survey tool, and the MojaPla\u0107a salary benchmarking service.\n\nBefore developing her career at MojPosao, Antonija graduated in Psychology from the University of Zagreb.
