Marija is a lawyer and joined Carlsberg in 2008 as a Legal Counsel within the Human Resources department. Throughout her career at Carlsberg, she has participated in and led numerous cross-functional projects, most notably the positioning of Somersby within the Croatian legal framework. She has also led all projects related to compliance with Carlsberg policies, including competition law, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, GDPR implementation, and similar initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
