She has extensive corporate experience and expertise in customer experience, marketing, digital transformation, and project management. Over twenty years of experience were gained in international corporations across several industries, including Creditanstalt Investment Bank, Metropolis Media, and A1 Telekom.\n\nHer work focuses on creativity, innovation, and transformation through conscious action aligned with personal and professional values and purpose. She is a strong advocate of user-centered design. Since 2022, she has been working as a business consultant in the areas of CX, business strategy, and project management. Deloitte also highlights that most organizations still develop Employee Experience only partially, through isolated HR initiatives, rather than through a systematically designed Employee Journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Employee Journey provides exactly that systematic perspective. It involves mapping the key touchpoints employees go through during their \u201clifecycle\u201d within an organization\u2014from the first contact with a candidate, through onboarding and everyday work, to the moment they leave.
