Mojca Domiter joined Atlantic Grupa in 2011 as Executive Director of Human Resources and leads key initiatives in the areas of culture, leadership development, and people-related processes. She came to Atlantic with extensive professional experience in the pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries, having previously headed the HR departments at VIPnet and JGL Rijeka.\n\nThroughout her career, she has worked across a wide range of areas, from sales and customer support to people development. However, the majority of her career has been dedicated to designing people strategies and processes, with a focus on the overall employee experience.\n\nAt Atlantic Grupa, together with her team, she implemented group-wide performance management, talent management, and reward systems, contributing to a significant increase in employee engagement and strengthening Atlantic Grupa\u2019s recognition as an employer of choice.\n\nShe holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Rijeka, completed an Executive MBA at Cotrugli Business School, and has pursued further executive education at IESE Business School, London Business School, Ashridge, and Harvard University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
