She holds a degree in Psychology and integrates psychological and coaching perspectives in her work, drawing on experience gained through regional, senior HR roles in international organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She has advised organizations and led initiatives across key HR areas, including recruitment, performance management, leadership development, and reward and benefits systems, as well as in the context of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
