{"id":4909,"date":"2021-10-06T10:15:48","date_gmt":"2021-10-06T08:15:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hrdays.net\/?p=4909"},"modified":"2021-10-06T10:16:42","modified_gmt":"2021-10-06T08:16:42","slug":"kako-bi-bili-uspjesni-lideri-moraju-prigrliti-kaos-koji-ih-okruzuje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hrdays.net\/en\/2021\/10\/06\/kako-bi-bili-uspjesni-lideri-moraju-prigrliti-kaos-koji-ih-okruzuje\/","title":{"rendered":"Kako bi bili uspje\u0161ni, lideri moraju prigrliti kaos koji ih okru\u017euje"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Dana\u0161nji kontekst lidera je kaos, uz o\u010dekivanje da iz njega stvore u\u010dinkovita i odr\u017eiva rje\u0161enja za razvoj izvrsnih pojedinaca, sna\u017enih timova i uspje\u0161nog biznisa, poru\u010dila je na HR Days konferenciji \u017dana Goi\u0107 Petri\u010devi\u0107, konzultantica za razvoj liderstva.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Htjeli mi to priznati ili ne, isku\u0161avanje novih stvari pra\u0107eno izlaskom iz one tako ugodne, poznate i sigurne zone komfora u kojoj obi\u010davamo provoditi ve\u0107inu na\u0161eg vremena, za mnoge predstavlja gotovo nepremostiv izazov. \u010cak i onda kada smo svjesni kako je upravo riskiranje osnovni (ako ne i jedini) preduvjet kako bismo ostvarili odre\u0111eni cilj, primjerice napredovali na poslu, do\u0161li do povi\u0161ice ili pokrenuli ne\u0161to &#8216;svoje&#8217;, strah od nepoznatog odvra\u0107a nas od pomicanja s to\u010dke na kojoj se nalazimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pa ipak, koliko god se mi trudili dr\u017eati stvari pod kontrolom i donositi odluke li\u0161ene ikakvog rizika, svijet i ljudi oko nas naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e ne mare previ\u0161e za na\u0161e planove. Posvema\u0161nji kaos koji je na na\u0161e \u017eivote sru\u010dila pandemija koronavirusa&nbsp;najbolja je potvrda ove teze i razlog zbog kojeg taj isti kaos<em><strong>&nbsp;\u201etrebamo prigrliti, jer ionako ga imamo napretek\u201c<\/strong><\/em>, smatra konzultantica za razvoj liderstva&nbsp;<strong>\u017dana Goi\u0107 Petri\u010devi\u0107<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/hrdays.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/zana-goic-2-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4910\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hrdays.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/zana-goic-2-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/hrdays.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/zana-goic-2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hrdays.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/zana-goic-2-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/hrdays.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/zana-goic-2-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/hrdays.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/zana-goic-2-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/hrdays.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/zana-goic-2.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lideri moraju biti znati\u017eeljni, odva\u017eni i otvoreni<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of his lecture\u00a0<em>&#8216;Stvaranje (iz) kaosa: liderska kompetencija 21. stolje\u0107a&#8217;<\/em>, odr\u017eanom na ovogodi\u0161njoj\u00a0HR Days konferenciji, Goi\u0107 Petri\u010devi\u0107 je istaknula da je nesigurnost postala sastavni dio na\u0161e svakodnevnice i kako kaos pronalazimo u svakoj situaciji koja se nije odvila po na\u0161em planu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u201cU tim trenucima se osje\u0107amo izgubljeni, kao da nam \u2018izmi\u010de tlo pod nogama\u2019. Naime, kaos u pravilu ve\u017eemo uz osje\u0107aj rizika \u2013 \u0161to je po na\u0161oj procjeni rizik ve\u0107i, zna\u010dajniji je kaos koji \u0107e iz njega proiza\u0107i\u201c<\/strong><\/em>, nagla\u0161ava \u017dana i dodaje kako uspje\u0161no kontroliranje kaosa smatramo jednom od najva\u017enijih liderskih kompetencija.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u201eJednostavno, vodimo se razmi\u0161ljanjem &#8216;Ako sam za ne\u0161to odgovoran, moram kontrolirati ishod&#8217;. Takvo razmi\u0161ljanje je u redu sve do onog trenutka kada prestane biti u redu. Pravi leadership je kudikamo zamr\u0161eniji od jednostavnosti koju na\u0161e glave tra\u017ee\u201c<\/strong><\/em>, poru\u010duje \u017dana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako bismo prigrlili kaos i krenuli stvarati iz njega lideri moraju biti znati\u017eeljni, odva\u017eni i otvoreni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u201eZnati\u017eelja je klju\u010dna kako bismo razumjeli ljude oko nas. Postavljanjem radoznalih pitanja i pokazivanjem interesa od njih \u0107emo dobiti iskrenost i vi\u0161e &#8216;od jednog to\u010dnog odgovora&#8217;. Lideri vode pitanjima. Odva\u017enost koja prkosi racionalnosti alat je koji \u0107e nas pripremiti na prihva\u0107anje \u010dinjenice kako u \u017eivotu nema garancija, a otvorenost pred nas stavlja razli\u010dita i druga\u010dija rje\u0161enja za susret s kaosom. Tako\u0111er, moramo osvijestiti \u010dinjenicu da u poslovnom svijetu naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e ne postoji samo jedna &#8216;istina&#8217;, kao i da je ve\u0107ina ljudi poput bicikla s deset ili vi\u0161e brzina, od kojih koristimo svega nekoliko.
