No svijet mo\u017ee biti barem malo bolji odigrate li va\u017enu ulogu u \u017eivotu djeteta.\u201d (nepoznat autor)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unato\u010d tome \u0161to nam je pro\u0161logodi\u0161nje, prvo virtualno izdanje HR Days konferencije potvrdilo kako su zanimljiva i inspirativna predavanja uz koja vrijeme &#8216;leti&#8217; mogu\u0107a \u010dak i onda kad se odvijaju u online okru\u017eenju a predava\u010de&nbsp;i publiku dijeli nepregledan niz&nbsp;kilometara, online predavanje Clinta Pulvera mnoge je ostavilo bez teksta i sa \u0161irokim, &#8216;od uha do uha&#8217; osmijehom na licu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Biti &#8216;najbolji za svijet&#8217;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Istog trena kad se na ogromnom ekranu konferencijske dvorane hotela Lone u Rovinju pojavio lik ovog motivacijskog govornika i profesionalnog bubnjara (i dobitnika nagrade Emmy!) bilo je jasno kako nas o\u010dekuje ne\u0161to druga\u010dije i posebno. Taj dojam je dodatno dobio na snazi kada smo iza njegovih le\u0111a ugledali osvijetljen, kao namje\u0161ten za nastup &#8211; set bubnjeva\u2026 Sjajno!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prije nego li se primio palica, vje\u0161to demonstriraju\u0107i za\u0161to je tijekom karijere davao ritam Carrie Underwood, Timu McGrawu i Blue Man Group, Clint je s publikom podijelio pri\u010du koja je odredila njegov \u017eivotni i karijerni put.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao dijete je, tvrdi, bio iznimno nemiran, neprestano je rukama lupkao po klupama i \u0161kolskom priboru \u0161to ga je kod ve\u0107ine nastavnika dovodilo u nezgodne situacije. Me\u0111utim, umjesto jo\u0161 jedne u nizu prijekora na kakve je dotad ve\u0107 navikao, gospodin Jensen mu je u ruke dao set palica za bubnjeve uz rije\u010di kako <em><strong>\u201eon nije problem, nego je, jednostavno, bubnjar\u201c<\/strong><\/em>. To se pokazalo klju\u010dnim trenutkom u Clintovom \u017eivotu i doga\u0111ajem koji mu je pomogao shvatiti kako su osobe koje stvaraju takve posebne &#8216;trenutke&#8217; one koje \u010dine razlike u svijetu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u201eIsta stvar vrijedi za lidere\u201c<\/strong><\/em>, smatra Clint. <em><strong>\u201eMenad\u017eeri i \u0161efovi koji su uspje\u0161ni u stvaranju takvih posebnih trenutaka za svoje djelatnike su oni koji \u010dine stvarnu razliku u svijetu. Naime, tijekom rada na knjizi &#8216;I love it here&#8217;&nbsp;u\u0161uljao se u niz kompanija kako bi kroz razgovore sa zaposlenicima do\u0161ao do iskrenih odgovora o tome kako je raditi u tim tvrtkama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u201eZahvaljuju\u0107i tome \u0161to su me do\u017eivjeli kao potencijalnog kolegu, a ne kao osobu koja ih je do\u0161la intervjuirati, bili su veoma otvoreni prema meni. Nakon svega, do\u0161ao sam do neoborivog zaklju\u010dka \u2013 ljudi koji ne vole svoj posao \u0161efove smatraju menad\u017eerima, a oni koji u\u017eivaju u onome \u0161to rade nadre\u0111ene osobe smatraju mentorima\u201c<\/strong><\/em>, isti\u010de i navodi pora\u017eavaju\u0107i podatak kako \u010dak 60 posto odlazaka iz firme ishodi\u0161te ima u negativnom odnosu sa \u0161efom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako\u0111er, status mentora je ne\u0161to \u0161to se nikome ne mo\u017ee dodijeliti, ve\u0107 se on mora zaslu\u017eiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u201eTo posti\u017eemo stvarnom povezano\u0161\u0107u s na\u0161im zaposlenicima i vra\u0107anjem ljudskosti u radne okoline. Tako\u0111er, svi mentori dijele odre\u0111ene odlike. To su samopouzdanje, kredibilitet, iskrenost, briga za zaposlenike i konzistentnost. Brinite svaki dan, bez iznimke\u201c<\/strong><\/em>, she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema Clintu, u na\u0161im radnim okolinama egzistira 4 tipa menad\u017eera.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u201ePrvi je tzv. &#8216;udaljeni menad\u017eer&#8217; koji se, ako ve\u0107 ne doslovno onda barem duhom, nalazi na &#8216;izlaznim vratima&#8217; tvrtke, nezainteresiran je i nesposoban pobuditi ve\u0107u anga\u017eiranost radnika. Drugi tip menad\u017eera koji mo\u017eemo susresti je &#8216;frend&#8217;. Rije\u010d je o osobama koje sa svima \u017eele njegovati dobre odnose, nikome se ne zamjeraju i zato ne uspijevaju voditi te\u0161ke razgovore sa zaposlenicima i dijeliti kritike onda kada je to potrebno. Tre\u0107i tip menad\u017eera predstavlja su\u0161tu suprotnost &#8216;frendu&#8217; i nazvao sam ga &#8216;kontroler&#8217;. Kao \u0161to mu samo ime ka\u017ee, to je osoba koja mora sve konce dr\u017eati u vlastitim rukama i koja ne bje\u017ei od sukoba. Kratkoro\u010dno takav pristup donosi rezultate, ali je neodr\u017eiv na duge staze. Posljednji tip menad\u017eera je &#8216;mentor&#8217; i u tu kategoriju ulaze samo rijetki. Menad\u017eeri mentori slu\u0161aju svoje zaposlenike i zauzimaju se za njih, prenose svoje znanje i spremni su pomo\u0107i, ali ne zaziru od konstruktivnih komentara\u201c<\/strong><\/em>, she explains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/hrdays.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/clint3-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4900\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hrdays.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/clint3-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/hrdays.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/clint3-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hrdays.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/clint3-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/hrdays.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/clint3-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/hrdays.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/clint3-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/hrdays.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/clint3.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad je rije\u010d o zadr\u017eavanju radnika i privla\u010denju nekih novih, kvalitetnih kandidata koji \u0107e oplemeniti na\u0161e poslovanje, Clint vjeruje kako je osnovni preduvjet za to \u201evra\u0107anje ljudskosti u radne okoline\u201c i kako je iznimno va\u017eno kako smo su se tvrtke pona\u0161ale tijekom pandemije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u201eZaposlenici su imali sasvim dovoljno vremena razmisliti o tome kako su se poslodavci odnosili prema njima za vrijeme krize i kako su se zbog toga osje\u0107ali.
