Okru\u017eenje je to koje se neprestano prilago\u0111ava u tom trenutku va\u017ee\u0107im uvjetima i okolnostima, odustaju\u0107i bez previ\u0161e razmi\u0161ljanja od ve\u0107 uhodanih, a sada zastarjelih pravila pona\u0161anja i pronalaze\u0107i neka nova, prikladnija rje\u0161enja. I odbacuju\u0107i sve one nespremne na prilagodbu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedna od nu\u017enijih promjena unatrag godinu i pol dana, otkako su karantena, lodckdown i procijepljenost postale dio svakodnevnog rje\u010dnika, jest ona vezana uz&nbsp;<strong>rad od ku\u0107e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dok traju pregovori o novom Zakonu o radu, koji bi prema najavama trebao osuvremeniti i primjerenije definirati rad na daljinu, postavlja se pitanje kako je trenutno organiziran rad u Hrvatskoj, odnosno kako \u0107e izgledati budu\u0107nost rada?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ho\u0107emo li jesen do\u010dekati rade\u0107i iz ureda, od ku\u0107e, ili \u0107emo, pak, kombinirati ova dva oblika rada?&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Uzimaju li poslodavci u obzir \u017eelje zaposlenika prilikom dono\u0161enja odluke o organizaciji rada?&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Imaju li poslodavci jednako povjerenje u radnike koji rade iz udobnosti vlastitog doma, kao \u0161to imaju u one koje svakodnevno vi\u0111aju u uredu?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako bismo doznali odgovore na ova i brojna druga pitanja, pozivamo van na sudjelovanje u istra\u017eivanju\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/557T89Y\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>&#8216;Rad na daljinu nikad nije bio bli\u017ee!&#8217;<\/strong><\/a>, koje za cilj ima ponuditi jasniju sliku budu\u0107nosti rada u Hrvatskoj.
