Me\u0111utim, ako je on negativan, ili pak niste sigurni \u0161to biste odgovorili, pravi je trenutak za promjene koje \u0107e uklju\u010divati&nbsp;<em><strong>&#8221;stvaranje pozitivnijih, posebnih iskustava i emocija za va\u0161e zaposlenike&#8221;<\/strong><\/em>, pri\u010da Johan uz poja\u0161njenje kako \u017eivimo u dru\u0161tvu koje pogoni &#8216;ekonomija iskustava&#8217;. Gdjekad pozitivnih, a ponekad negativnih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A to je ujedno i razlog zbog kojeg se Johan, kojeg smatraju jednim od najkreativnijih arhitekata poslovnog iskustva, na konferenciji pojavio kostimiran. Kako me\u0111u klijentima, tako i me\u0111u na\u0161im zaposlenicima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u201eBrigom o kreiranju upe\u010datljivih iskustava, neovisno tome radi li se o komunikaciji i interakciji koju vodimo u\u017eivo, odnosno o aktivnostima na dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama, aktivno radimo na na\u0161em employer brandingu i stvaramo ambasadore brenda.&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iskustvo donosi kudikamo vi\u0161e kredibiliteta nego standardne marketin\u0161ke aktivnosti, isti\u010de Johan i navodi primjer proizvo\u0111a\u010da \u017evaka\u0107ih guma koji je u nemilosrdnoj i brojnoj konkurenciji uspio ostvariti fantasti\u010dne rezultate prodaje unato\u010d tome \u0161to su njihovi proizvodi, u su\u0161tini jednaki onima drugih tvrtki, prodavani po vi\u0161oj cijeni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u201eStvar je bila u tome \u0161to su uz svoj proizvod ponudili i sasvim druga\u010dije iskustvo. Njihove kaugume su prodavane u posebno dizajniranim aparatima u koje je bilo potrebno ubaciti kovanice i pokrenuti mehanizam kako bi proizvod iza\u0161ao van, za razliku od preostalih \u017evaka\u0107ih guma koje su se nalazile poredane jedna do druge na odre\u0111enoj polici. I to se ljudima svidjelo. Htjeli su kupovati skuplje \u017evaka\u0107e gume jer je proces kupnje od njih tra\u017eio odre\u0111eni anga\u017eman i druga\u010dije iskustvo. Drugim rije\u010dima, ljudi danas vi\u0161e ne \u017eeli biti pasivni konzumenti ve\u0107 aktivni sudionici odre\u0111enog procesa, a na nama je da im pritom ponudimo zanimljivo i pozitivno iskustvo\u201c<\/strong><\/em>, nagla\u0161ava Johan.<br><strong>Od onboardinga do mirovine<\/strong><br>U onim sjetnim trenucima kada razmi\u0161ljamo o tome kako su se odigrali na\u0161i \u017eivoti, umjesto da stvari sagledamo u cjelini,&nbsp;obi\u010dno se prisje\u0107amo pojedinih upe\u010datljivih trenutaka i na osnovu donosimo zaklju\u010dke jesmo li i koliko zadovoljni pro\u017eivljenim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isto je i s na\u0161im poslom.&nbsp;Uvijek iznova se vra\u0107amo onim najposebnijim trenucima i iskustvima, pri\u010da Johan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u201eNa\u0161 poslovni put pro\u017eet je brojnim iskustvima. Krenuv\u0161i od selekcijskog procesa, prijave na oglas koji nas je privukao i razgovora s budu\u0107im poslodavcem, preko pre-boarding i onboarding iskustava, upoznavanja i kasnijeg rada s kolegama, pa \u010dak i izlaznog razgovora kojeg vodimo ako odlu\u010dimo krenuti nekim drugim smjerom\u2026 Sva navedena iskustva vode do odre\u0111enih emocija, a emocije rezultiraju stvaranjem sje\u0107anja.
