Ova nagra\u0111ivana HR stru\u010dnjakinja otkrila nam je na koji na\u010din bu\u0111enje &#8216;buntovnika u sebi&#8217; mo\u017ee rezultirati kreiranjem kvalitetnih akcija usmjerenih na podizanje razine zadovoljstva anga\u017eiranosti i zadovoljstva zaposlenika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>&#8220;Zamislite to kao vo\u017enju &#8216;toboganom&#8217; anga\u017eiranosti zaposlenika u svijetu kojeg danas vi\u0161e nego ikad prije karakteriziraju u\u010destale i velike promjene&#8221;<\/strong><\/em>, poja\u0161njava Debra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>&#8220;U ovom trenutku doga\u0111a se \u0161est velikih promjena o kojima svaki dobar HR-ovac mora voditi ra\u010duna. Prva je ta da&nbsp;ljudi sve vi\u0161e \u010deznu za povezanosti i socijalizacijom&nbsp;s&nbsp;drugima. Druga je osvje\u0161\u0107ivanje potrebe za slavljem svega onog dobrog \u0161to se doga\u0111a. Tre\u0107a nas poti\u010de na stavljanje fokusa na razli\u010ditost i inkluziju, a \u010detvrta otkriva kako&nbsp;je sasvim u redu pokazati&nbsp;na\u0161u ljudskost (\u010dak i slabost) pred drugima. Me\u0111utim, imaju\u0107i na umu u\u010destale promjene trendova na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada, Rajovi\u0107 s punim pravom postavlja pitanje &#8216;pripremamo li na\u0161u djecu na pravi na\u010din za psolove budu\u0107nosti?&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>&#8220;Anketa provedena na 800 u\u010ditelja je potvrdila mi\u0161ljenje prosvjetnih djelatnika&nbsp;smatraju kako je svaka nova generacija \u0111aka slabija u odnosu na posljednje dvije. Bilo da je rije\u010d o njihovoj motorici, pa\u017enji, vokabularu&#8230;&#8221;<\/strong><\/em>, upozorava Rajovi\u0107 i isti\u010de va\u017enost rane stimulacije koja mora biti odra\u0111ena kroz igru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>&#8220;Dijete prilikom igre ima vrhunsku stimulaciju, ono se u potpunosti zavu\u010de u taj svoj mali imaginarni svijet. Borave\u0107i u njemu razvija svoje sposobnosti, prvenstveno kreativnost i ma\u0161tu, a te dvije odlike su itekako va\u017ene za dana\u0161nji svijet rada&#8221;<\/strong><\/em>, nagla\u0161ava Rajovi\u0107 i poru\u010duje roditeljima (ali i u\u010diteljima) da poti\u010du dje\u010dju ma\u0161tovitost te da&nbsp;u\u010denje temelje na igri i razmi\u0161ljanju, a nikako ne na &#8216;bubanju&#8217; podataka napamet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako do\u0107i do pobjede na nemilosrdnoj boji\u0161nici uma<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No, prije nego li se okrenemo budu\u0107nosti, kako onoj na\u0161e djece tako i na\u0161oj vlastitoj,&nbsp;moramo se posvetiti pitanjima koja oblikuju na\u0161u sada\u0161njost, smatra orgmaster psiholog&nbsp;<strong>Matej Sakoman<\/strong>, uz \u010dije predavanje smo dobili priliku nau\u010diti ne\u0161to vi\u0161e o tome kako odnijeti pobjedu na &#8216;boji\u0161nici uma za zaposlenike, menad\u017eere, neurotike i ne neurotike&#8217;, \u0161to je to mentalno kondicioniranje i koja dopu\u0161tena sredstva osna\u017eivanja um nam stoje na raspolaganju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>&#8220;Ve\u0107ina ljudi na svijetu su, vi\u0161e ili manje, neuroti\u010dni i ta osobina mo\u017ee imati sna\u017ean utjecaj ne samo na na\u0161e privatne \u017eivote nego i na posao kojim se bavimo&#8221;<\/strong><\/em>, isti\u010de Sakoman uz poja\u0161njenje kako se neuroticizam u pravilu ogleda u negativnoj emocionalnosti, odnosno manifestacijom osje\u0107aja poput pesimizma, upla\u0161enosti, sumnji\u010davosti i umora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>&#8220;Va\u017eno je shvatiti kako se i oni najsna\u017eniji me\u0111u nama mogu slomiti zbog \u010dega je potrebno raditi na sebi.
