To zna\u010di pomaknuti fokus s \u201espa\u0161avanja\u201c na osna\u017eivanje.<br><br><strong>Koji je naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i otpor koji vidite kod HR stru\u010dnjaka kada trebaju promijeniti vlastiti komunikacijski stil?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klju\u010d primjene Lucynih na\u010dela je postavljanje granica i jasno diferenciranje dokle HR ide, a da ne preuzme ulogu organizacijskog spasitelja ili Robin Hooda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipi\u010dan HR profil dolazi iz humanisti\u010dko-dru\u0161tvenog podru\u010dja, motiviran je pomagati drugima i usmjeren je na ljude. No, ako se ta tendencija pretjera, mo\u017ee postati zamka ulaska u spasiteljsku ulogu, koja je jedna od osnova psiholo\u0161kih igara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iz iskustva vidimo koliko je ta granica tanka i koliko je HR-ovcima ponekad izazovno jasno je postaviti. \u010cesto ih ko\u010di strah da \u0107e ih se percipirati \u201egrubima\u201c, da \u0107e naru\u0161iti odnose ili da se sami ne\u0107e mo\u0107i nositi s osje\u0107ajem krivnje kada postave jasne granice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mo\u017ee li previ\u0161e brige i podr\u0161ke zapravo sabotirati autonomiju zaposlenika?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukratko, da. Sli\u010dno se doga\u0111a s preza\u0161titni\u010dkim roditeljima koji odgajaju nesamostalnu i nesnala\u017eljivu djecu. No zaposlenici su odrasli ljudi. Oni tako\u0111er mogu \u2013 i trebaju \u2013 iz mjesta zrelosti i autonomije postavljati granice za sebe te rasti kroz nadila\u017eenje prepreka na koje nai\u0111u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada HR preuzme previ\u0161e odgovornosti, zaposlenicima se nesvjesno oduzima prilika za razvoj otpornosti, dono\u0161enje odluka i preuzimanje vlasni\u0161tva nad vlastitim profesionalnim putem.<br><br><strong>Ako biste morali iskreno odgovoriti \u2013 koliko HR procesa je dizajnirano za stvarni razvoj, a koliko za administrativnu kontrolu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnogi procesi formalno su dizajnirani za razvoj, ali se operativno koriste za kontrolu i evidenciju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cesto u praksi vidimo iznena\u0111enje HR-ovaca kada procesi koje uvode nai\u0111u na otpor ili nemaju dobru recepciju kod onih koji ih trebaju primjenjivati. U tom trenutku presudnu ulogu imaju vje\u0161tine vo\u0111enja promjene, konzistentnost, hrabrost i dosljednost \u2013 kako bi se zadr\u017eao integritet procesa i njegova razvojna svrha, a ne dopustilo da sklizne u jo\u0161 jedan administrativni ritual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0160to \u0107e u ovoj radionici biti najvrjedniji moment za sve sudionike?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vjerojatno onaj samo-refleksivni trenutak svakog sudionika: U kojim situacijama i s kojim ljudima ulazim u ulogu spasitelja? Koje su posljedice toga? Koje posljedice ve\u0107 sada vidim u svom profesionalnom \u017eivotu \u2013 a koje tek mogu anticipirati?
