How does stress influence our capacity to manage emotions and make clear decisions? And what does it truly mean to \u201cmanage\u201d emotions in a professional context?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For leaders, HR professionals, and team members, these questions are not theoretical. They arise daily, in challenging conversations, decision-making under pressure, people management, and in maintaining personal effectiveness. Emotional literacy is therefore not a one-time insight, but an operational business skill developed through conscious, everyday micro-habits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this workshop, we explore the path from understanding emotions to their practical and intentional application in the workplace.
